September Presidents Meeting

SPM 05 is over.. The organization was great, the conference site was so cool, thanks to AIESEC QLD and the OC ;) I believe this conference was one of the most important conferences of AIESEC Australia in the last couple of years because....

- Our New Identity was presented (recently legislated corework, AIESEC's role..)
- We talked about the need for long term plan in AIESEC Australia
- We met first time with NLT 06 :)

NLT'06. Aren't they cutie?
- We met last time with NLT 05 :(
- AIESEC 2010 was launched.

“Every day, AIESEC is enabling the development of agents of positive change who create the needed impact in society.
Our rapidly growing network connects high potential people around the world to generate an increasing volume of AIESEC Experiences.
Every member in our thriving local and global communities of learning completes a life-changing AIESEC Experience.
Our contribution makes us the first choice amongst young people and organizations for activating leadership.”

(The best part of the conference was Kana reading the statement)
..and many more discussions around our culture, our MC plan, long term plan, heaps of new ideas & new topics

As well as we were able to give answers to many questions in the conference, it also left heaps of questions in every delegate's mind which was something we'd beeen already expecting. We are so lucky that we started to think about these new ideas in our term and we will be able to create more opportunities for AIESEC Australia to discuss on these new ideas & our new long term plan and and we will find the answers altogether.. This is why I believe we can consider SPM’ 05 was a very important milestone for AIESEC Australia.
